Looking forward to restarting the Ear Pollen series as a group of experimental improv duets. The first one is with Bill Taft. To my knowledge, we played together one time at a Destroy All Music Festival in 1988.
This time, my rig will include a gong, woodblocks, a marching snare, bunch of metal ashtrays, a souffle dish and a pocket didgeridoo.
Bill Taft is gonna play “a new series of guitarguments: teeth gnashing loops without the loop, and prepared string improvisations, plus a new song about ambulances.”
