Demo of a piece for my performance art cooking show. I’m stir-frying food in a wok with microphones attached. The sound goes into a computer where it is processed by commands given with a Mi.Mu controller glove.

Blender synth testing. Each blender is tuned to a different pitch. They’re all controlled from a switch panel. I’m gonna make butternut squash soup for 25 while playing it!

A home-built rubens tube (or fire tube) is controlled by the pitch & volume of my theremin. This was built for CooksNotes, my performance art cooking show. In the show, at Atlanta’s goat farm in march, I will cook crackers over this while playing.
