On October 7th, I was honored to be the first featured musician for Tony Gerber’s new concert series, Electro-Music City. The series is recorded in OmegaLab, a studio outside of Nashville, that is housed in a huge tent, originally designed for military repair of battle tanks. The concert was broadcast in 5.1 surround sound and was maybe the best sounding place I’ve ever played.
Here’s the broadcast of the entire show. My performance of WaterWorks and Speaking Non-Synths begins at about 18:15 after an interview by Tony and some interesting facts about the history of electronic music. After my solo work, Tony and I collaborate on an improvised work.
